1 General Provisions

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing time is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted, as processing begins immediately.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times.

5.2 General Terms for Bonuses

• Bonuses apply to one account only — any attempt to claim bonuses on multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Funds obtained from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
• Each bonus has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled after the period expires.

5.3 VIP Program

abe356's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — Bronze offers up to 0.2%, Silver 0.3%, Gold 0.5%, Platinum 0.6%, and Diamond 0.8% weekly cashback. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular active play.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on abe356 operate using a fair and verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of each game is determined entirely independently and is not dependent on any previous round.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. Betting limits may vary according to VIP tier.

6.2 Technical Errors

The outcome of any game interrupted due to a technical error or software malfunction may be considered void. In such cases, the player's bet will be returned. Any unusual winnings resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Prolonged inactivity on the account
• Order from a court or regulatory authority
• The user's own request

8.2 User Rights

You may close your abe356 account at any time. Please withdraw your full balance before closing the account. If the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met, the bonus funds will not be withdrawable.
